PAYMENT:
At www.madsz.dk you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay. The amount will not be deducted from your account until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when it is dispatched.
If you use an international payment card (such as Visa or Mastercard), the order amount will be reserved in your bank account immediately. In the event of a cancellation, the reservation will typically be cancelled/released after 1-2 business days. However, some banks can take up to 30 days to cancel a reservation.
A larger amount can never be withdrawn than what you have authorised at the time of purchase.
For orders paid and shipped to countries outside the EU, Danish VAT will be deducted at checkout. However, please note that local customs duties, VAT and any handling fees from the shipping company may apply in the recipient country. We therefore recommend that you familiarise yourself with the local regulations before ordering. Please note that shipping rates to countries outside Denmark may vary depending on the destination.
For Norway, special rules apply under the VOEC scheme, which includes goods with a unit price of less than NOK 3,000.
Prices are daily prices. When you shop at www.madsz.dk, agreements are made in Danish.
We reserve the right to make price changes as a result of VAT increases and changes in tax rules.
DELIVERY:
If the item you want is in stock, we will send it to you within 2-5 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will send it as soon as it is back in stock. You will always be contacted about expected delivery time if an item is out of stock. However, we make reservations for stock management errors and sold-out items. It cannot be guaranteed that sold-out items will be back in stock, and we endeavour to remove sold-out items from the shop as soon as possible. In the event of significant changes in delivery times, we endeavour to inform the buyer directly as soon as possible.
Items purchased at www.madsz.dk are delivered as parcel post with GLS to the chosen parcel shop.
SHIPPING:
For delivery to Denmark:
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 1,950, otherwise DKK 49.
For delivery to Norway, Greenland or the Faroe Islands:
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 1,950, otherwise DKK 275.
For delivery to Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany:
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 1,950, otherwise DKK 135.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE:
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:
a) have received your item.
b) take physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
you must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given at shop@madsz.dk or by phone 69 13 27 00. In your notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation and please fill in our return form. You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving us clear notice of this at the same time.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed securely. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery. Remember to get a receipt from the post office as proof that you have returned the parcel.

The following items are excluded from the right of cancellation:
a)Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.
b)Goods that have been clearly personalised.
The condition of the goods when you return them
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that in case of cancellation of the purchase you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You can test the item, but not actually use it.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to cancel this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided evidence of having returned them before then.

What do I need to send back?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice with the item. The expedition will be faster if you also fill out our return form, which you received together with the item.
Please note! We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
COMPLAINTS:
When you shop at www.madsz.dk you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can generally get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour
How soon should I make a complaint?
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will pay the return shipping costs if you request a return label from us. Simply state that you want a return label when you inform us that you want to complain about a purchase.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.
The personal data is registered with Mads Z A/S and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have created a log in to make purchases with us, your information and order information will not be deleted unless you request it yourself.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent (when you accept our terms and conditions), so that you are informed of exactly what data is collected and why.
Employees at Mads Z. A/S employees have access to the information registered about you.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information submitted to www.madsz.dk is in no way disclosed or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. However, when using Trustpilot, relevant information is forwarded in relation to reviewing the site.
As registered with Mads Z A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Danish Data Protection Act and any enquiries in this connection should be directed to Mads Z A/S via e-mail to shop@madsz.dk.
