FOUR SEASONS WINTER PETITE PENDANT
Four Seasons Winter Petite pendant in 14-carat gold with 0.036 ct. brilliant-cut diamonds (W, SI) and a mix of gemstones; London Blue topaz, sapphire, peridot, Light Swiss Blue topaz, tsavorite, Sky Blue topaz and Ceylon sapphire. The pendant measures 10 mm.
- Winter’s colour palette: Blue and green gemstones are arranged around the deep London Blue topaz, creating a range of shades from light to dark.
- Organic cluster design: Stones of varying sizes are arranged closely and asymmetrically, so that each one becomes part of the overall composition.
- Diamonds amidst the colours: Small brilliant-cut diamonds break up the blue and green hues with clear points of light.
In Four Seasons Winter Petite, designer Mads Ziegler works with winter’s cool colour spectrum in a dense composition of gemstones. The intense London Blue topaz forms the visual centre of gravity of the design, whilst sapphires, peridots, tsavorites and topazes in lighter shades of blue further enhance the play of colour. The brilliant-cut diamonds are set amongst the coloured stones, adding bright reflections.
The asymmetrical structure is characteristic of the Four Seasons collection, in which different stones, sizes and colour nuances are combined, drawing inspiration from the changing nature of the seasons. In Winter Petite, winter’s deep blues, cool light blues and green tones are interpreted in a compact design rich in detail.
